The Devil's Press is basically a killer combo of a burpee and a dumbbell snatch. It's tough, but it hits your whole body hard.

  1. Start: Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and a pair of dumbbells on the floor in front of you.
  2. Burpee: Drop down, grab the dumbbells, kick your feet back into a plank, and do a push-up. Your chest should hit the floor between the dumbbells.
  3. Get Back Up: Jump or step your feet back in, so you’re squatting while still holding the dumbbells.
  4. Snatch: In one big move, swing the dumbbells between your legs, then snap your hips and pull them overhead. It's all about using that momentum.
  5. Repeat: Stand tall with the dumbbells locked out overhead, bring them back down, and go again.
